• Notifying the amg4d support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

amg4d will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the user's negligence in maintaining their own account security.

All financial transactions on the amg4d platform are processed through the available payment methods. The following table summarises the deposit and withdrawal limits that apply:

Accepted payment methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Deposited funds must be your own and obtained lawfully
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → balance RM220 → total wagering required: RM120 × 20 = RM2,400
• Deposit RM2,600 → bonus RM1,500 → balance RM4,100 → total wagering required: RM1,500 × 20 = RM30,000

General rules that apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements

• Bets may only be placed using funds available in your account
• Winnings are credited to your account automatically after the game result or sports event is confirmed

• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified period
• Instructions from law enforcement bodies or relevant authorities
• Account inactive for an extended period in accordance with amg4d's internal policy

Users may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any valid balance will be returned according to the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to the relevant security checks.

amg4d provides its services "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy or reliability of the platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• amg4d is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform
• Service interruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond amg4d's control do not give users the right to make a claim
• amg4d is not liable for losses resulting from a user's negligence in maintaining account security
• amg4d's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim

amg4d reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legal compliance or changes to platform policy. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on this website.
